Adventure-Based Training
Course Description: With the MarketWorks
Ropes Programs, participants are transferred into a new environment and
presented with a series of mental and physical initiatives, involving perceived
risk and challenge. This carefully sequenced program is based on your
individual needs and creates an atmosphere of fun, trust, and team
building. High Ropes sessions focus on individual challenge, leadership
skills, and can bolster self-image and team spirit. Low Ropes programs
focus on team building, and can be delivered in virtually any outdoor location.

Course Length: The low ropes course can be half or
full day. The high ropes program is full day.

Basic Management Program
Description: The Basic Management Program provides a
foundation of supervisory
and leadership skills, entirely customized for your firm.
Topics can include: sexual harassment, interpersonal
excellence, employee
interactions, effective negotiation skills, conflict resolution,

skills, diversity, and more.
