Randi Buergenthal and Melissa Wilcox bring over thirty years of marketing, communications, training and strategic planning experience to their clients.

Randi S. Buergenthal

Randi Buergenthal's marketing and management experience includes all facets of communications. Her diversified background and skills enable her to design and manage well rounded, targeted marketing and promotional campaigns for her clients, from conception to execution. Randi's previous positions include vice president and director of account services for a marketing communications firm, director of creative services for an advertising agency and director of publications and promotions for a commercial real estate firm. Her expertise includes marketing, advertising, collateral development, corporate image and communications, branding, and promotions. She is also a highly skilled account manager with extensive experience in meeting the needs of even the most complex client objectives.

Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.  She has written numerous articles and promotional materials for businesses and associations, and has led various seminars on marketing and account management. Randi is the 2001-2002 president of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

Melissa K. Wilcox

Melissa brings a wide array of skills to her clients. Melissa also obtained her Chartered Property-Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation. Her extensive experience in marketing and organizational development is a critical success factor in her skills as a training facilitator and marketing consultant. Previously, she headed the Training and Organizational Development department of a Fortune 500 company. Her marketing experience includes managing a division for a $14 billion corporation. In this capacity, Melissa directed collateral development, advertising, corporate communications, public relations, product development and market research.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester, and her MBA from the University of Buffalo. Melissa also obtained her Chartered Property-Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation. A noted speaker, Melissa has led seminars on leadership, management, marketing, sales and organizational development for numerous associations and organizations.  She has also written a series of leadership, sales and marketing newsletters. Melissa was the 1999-2000 president of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
